i have absolutely found my new haven. aside from my new apartment i have fallen in love with a new cafe on west 17th. its called arturo's and of course it has wi-fi and it is wonderful. not to shabby on their smoothies either. really extensive menu and breakfast tacos! good music, and did i mention wi-fi.

so yeah...think this will be my home away from home.

my new place is amazing! jill took the greatest picture of my beautiful retro aqua blue stove, and her sister had gotten me these beautiful gerber daisies for my birthday so it just looks rad. intenses reds and oranges against such a cool shade of blue.

gosh i just read over this entry and i sound lame.

something is going down in the neighborhood. the boarded up travis house which i happen to live next door to has been surrounded by at least twenty undercover cop cars and they've busted down the doors. walking here i saw at least 5 different arrests and i peeked in the doorway of the house and they are going room to so=thought abandoned room. think i'm going to get a seat to watch as soon as my battery gives out. musta been a drug house, but i suspect vampires.
